CLUB NOTES.

MINORS

The minors drew with Carrickmore in the league quarterfinal last Friday night. Played in atrocious conditions the Clarke’s made the better start with points from McGinn and C Morgan, Carrickmore hit back with a few points, as both teams exchanged points to leave the half time score 0-5 each. In the second half Carrickmore hit 5 unanswered points, before C Morgan hit a great point to spark a Clarke’s revival, and with further points from K Morgan and one from from M Logan the sides were level at 0-10 each. With four minutes remaining Keifer Morgan hit the net, but Carrickmore aren’t that easy beat and with the last kick off the game they netted to level the game. A good game of football played in poor weather conditions. The replay is on tonight in the park with a 6.45 throw in, all support welcome.
